We inspect each and every item by hand prior to dispatch and sincerely hope that you will be happy with your purchases.
If you are unhappy with any of your online purchases, we are happy to offer a refund/exchange for goods returned to us no later than 14 days of receipt, subject to our returns policy conditions**. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase details and we will then forward you a returns code, which must be submitted together with a completed returns form (download one here) for you to return the item(s) to us. Your returns number should also be clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using an insured service to the value of the goods and which should be signed for as proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels outside of this schedule, unless they have been signed for by a member of our staff.
The cost of returning the items(s) to us are your own responsibility.

We advise that all customers check items thoroughly upon receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
Please note that you are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply, we may have a right of legal action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in their original condition.
Items will only be refunded or exchanged, if they are returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, complete with all original packaging and tags correctly attached. Items that do not meet this criteria may not be returned. Please take care when trying garments on, as we cannot accept returns for any soiled, used or worn items and in such instances, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to have them collected by courier from us. We will not bear any further postage charges for these items.

In the unlikely event of an item being returned faulty it will be inspected by our returns department. Sometimes it may be necessary for us to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection and final decision. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
