If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund, subject to the following conditions

Returns Slip
To return an item, please download, print and complete a Returns Slip and include it when you send an item back to us. To complete a Returns Slip, it will be necessary to acquire a 'Returns Code' which will be generated by calling us on 01495 313472 to discuss your return.
Returns without a valid Return Slip and Return Code will not be processed.

Returns Conditions
We advise that all customers check items thoroughly upon receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.

Items will only be refunded or exchanged if they are returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, complete with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria may not be returned. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.

Please return goods in their original condition, with a completed Returns Slip within 10 days of receiving the item. Please also ensure that you write the returns code clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Returns should be addressed to:

Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund. We advise that you use a shipping method that insures your return to us against loss or damage as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by third parties.

Postage Costs
When items are returned, you are responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us. Refunds will be issued, subject to compliance with our Returns Conditions, minus our postage costs.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of an item being returned faulty, it may be necessary for us to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
